These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Quizophrenia Pvt Limited ("Company", "we"), operator of the Quizophrenia website and Zvibe mobile application (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Quizophrenia / Zvibe is a 100% free-to-play social gaming, content, and e-commerce platform.

By posting content (chat, stories, community posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

You will not post content that:

We act as an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000 and disable access to non-compliant content within 36 hours of receiving valid notice.

5. E-commerce

Products listed on the Platform are sold by registered third-party sellers or directly by us. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply. Pricing displayed is inclusive of GST where applicable. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All Platform content (excluding user-generated content) — including game designs, source code, logos, trademarks "Quizophrenia" and "Zvibe", and visual assets — is the exclusive property of the Company and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, illegal use, or by direction of any lawful authority. You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator at Sreebhumi, Assam. Subject to arbitration, courts at Sreebhumi, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer (details on the Contact page). Acknowledgement within 24 hours; resolution within 15 days as mandated by Rule 3(11) of the IT (Intermediary) Rules, 2021.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
